Paul Bley

Embarrassing jazz omission:

I was playing Open to Love last night and realised I've no other records with Paul Bley - apart from the Jimmy Guiffre "Freefall". Open to Love has been a long time favourite but, for some reason, I've not explored his work any further

I started rectifying this by putting in a quick order for Rambling and The Savoy Sessions (which seem to be the only place to get Footloose without parting with £50+).

The ECM records are all pricey - £15+ per cd which is steep for back catalogue.

Can we compile a Paul Bley primer to guide future purchases.
