I've drawn up a drilling plan in Visio. I need a grand total of thirteen holes and one cutout (IEC socket), but I'd like them accurately drilled and in the right place. Something I'll not be able to do with my hand drill ...
On the off chance I popped into a local engineering firm and left them the plan. They called back with a quote for £120. I have no idea if this is in the ball park, but it would nearly double what I am spending on the entire project.
Sooooo ... where does one go to get this sort of thing done for a reasonable price? If I had access to a drill press I'd be confident of doing a decent job myself in an hour or so, but none of my friends has one. Maybe there are online places where I can send in the plates and plans and say "drill this please?".
How do you guys go about doing a neat job on your project enclosure boxes?
