I used to have it in the eigthies through an A&R A60 plus with an mc module and gain was no problem then, rarely did I play beyond the 12 o clock position.
My Whest PS20 has 68 db gain on MC, and 55 db on MM.
The cart has very low output of 0.07 mv, would I run into trouble on MC? (currently using a Shelter 501, 0.4 mv, no probs)
If I were to use a SUT, and bearing in mind the high 55 db on MM, what would I need?
