Have my music files gone forever

At the end of last year i mistakenly deleted lots of my music files from my laptop, it happened during a session on winamp i believe, i deleted one track but must have pressed something wrong & lots of my albums were left with just track 1 still present, the rest of the album had gone.

I have tried everything in vain to recover them, am i fighting a lost battle, have they gone for good or is there a way to recover them, my recycle bin was also emptied, nothing there. Gutted.
