All the outlook/ hotmail help steps are only applicable if they recognise the email address. But the hotmail outlook page claims to not recognise my email address.
I use the account daily and yesterday I got a text to my mobile from MSFT saying my account was being moved. It looked like a dodgy message as it had the misspelt word Micorsoft in it.
I found a company that claim to be able to retrieve for 20 quid.
Any thoughts?
