Naim CDX or CD5i - or what ???
Hi there,
I need help to decide what CD player to check out - to replace an 'irreplaceable Krell KPS 20i...' I am using Credos (original) an early NAC52 with NAP250 all linked with Naim wiring. I don't have a huge budget - perhaps £700ish. I have heard a CD5i on the front end, whilst the pace and the detail are acceptable - it lacks soundstage and - in particular - the bass attack - that my old Krell could create. I would appreciate any suggestions I might find worthy on the second hand market.
