England and Wales Nationalism

I'd quite like to start one of those Government online petitions with the following premise:-

England and Wales should have a referendum to separate from Scotland. Because:-

Scotland may well have another referendum on exit from the UK soon. The SNP have already started to prepare the way, despite the promise for "once in a generation."

The concessions given to Scotland as a bribe immediately prior to the last referendum further ensured that the 8% of the UK that live in Scotland will receive significantly more cash per head of population than the rest of the UK - especially compared to Wales and Northern England.

What will the next set of concessions be?

The recent vote on Sunday trading showed the EVEL (English Votes for English Laws) does not work for all bills - many of which will be complex with Scottish and English issues in the same bill.

Let the rest of the UK vote to decide if we should separate. Not just Scotland.

OK - I'm after:-

a) Ideas to add to the argument

b) Five people to join me to get the petition started. I need a PM with an email address from five supporters.
