RCA Sockets to replace NAIM Din sockets

As per title I need to swap out some Naim Din fittings and replace with RCA's.

I was hoping not to have to bugger around drilling the case and was wondering if anyone knows of RCA sockets that have a wider base to fit over the hole vacated by the Din fittings???

All help and pointers ( other than those telling me not to be a lazy bastards and get the drill out) will be appreciated!
