Bubbly LP prices

I was in a local record shop yesterday and heard about an LP they had sold recently for several thousand pounds. The aforementioned LP was Growers of Mushrooms by Leaf Hound. Clearly its rare as Discogs lists no sales (or copies for sale).

As I am gradually listing my records on Discogs I discovered that the one and only Reg King album in VG+ condition has recently sold for about £170. What does that make my mint copy worth?

Are we at the top of this particular market or is it going to get even more crazy?
