I had very good experiences with Richer Sounds in my early days of hifi, i found the staff in birmingham fantastic, never got pushed anything by them, Gary the owner was a very decent chap & much better than many i have experienced in so called hifi shops

Little harsh i think to call them box & cable pushers.

Richer sounds used to cater for those who may not be so well off but enjoyed hifi so got hold of previous models at knock down prices, purchased my first seperates sytem from them.
