Just listed as 'Valve amplifier' so may be a good punt. Looks in decent original condition, I can spot a resistor change or two underneath, but beyond that it looks factory spec, i.e. would likely be a great restoration candidate as its not been hacked, tweaked or modified: http://ift.tt/1QVfBI3
