Need advice for replacement ¼ inch / 6,3mm headphone connector

I've got a Neutrik NP 3 TB headphone jack / connector / whatever it's called that's not making a good connection in the headphone receptacle. Another headphone jack works just fine, but the Neutrik needs to be held up to make a good connection for the right channel. I've inspected and tested all of the internal connections are solid, so the problem seems to be with the external shape and its compatibility with the receptacle. The Neutrik page actually says "These plugs are not compatible with standard 1/4" jacks", so shame on Cardas for flogging this thing to me.

Can anyone recommend a good quality headphone jack replacement? Thanks!
