Home demo of the Hegel 360 integrated amp + Hd12 DAC

This coming week, I will have Hegel 360 on home demo. A few months ago, I listened to Hegel 300 into B&W 805s and was left unimpressed. Now it is time for a home listen to see if this is what I will trade up to for my McIntosh C48 pre. As I bought a Hegel Hd12 DAC at a 50% anniversary discount I will be able to test the DAC loop feature. It should be interesting to compare the on board DAC to a Hd12 in the special Hegel DAC loop.

I also have an offer for an Audio Note M5 - if the owner of that likes the McIntosh C48 sound.

Third up is an EAR 864 or 868.
