Yamaha NS-B951 bookshelf speaker

Has anyone bought these? Looks like they may be a decent design from the blurb:

I wonder how it would compare with the likes of the ProAc, Kudos, Harbeth, etc speakers in the same sort of price range? I haven't found any independent reviews which seems slightly odd.
