Well mastered recordings

I tend to repeat this thread every few years. It is a chance for people to share music recommendations (on any medium) that have excellent Sound Quality. Previous versions of this thread have "cost" me hundreds of pounds in new music purchases and most of these have been a delight - both in SQ and musical terms.

I will start off. Most people probably know about the amazing SQ and low price of Rhino recordings. I have been buying many of their Original Album Series. These are 5 studio albums from an artist or band taken from (I think) mostly the vinyl masters. They come in a thinish box with five CDs in thin sleeves, each with a facsimile of the original album cover. As an example of the quality the Bad Company offering has two albums (Bad Co and Straight Shooter) also available at great expense from Audio Fidelity ... and I cannot tell the difference!!

I hope this thread is very expensive for me and other pfmers.
