TDL RTL 2 foam port plugs

Hello people,

I have a pair of TDL RTL 2 speakers. Sound great to me, had them for quite some time with no issues, however I have noticed that the foam port plugs are starting to disintegrate .
So my question is, does anyone have any good suggestions as to the best replacement foam to use. Natural foam (you know the stuff you use to wash with in the tub) or synthetic (like packing material stuff).
I've not pulled the original out yet, so does anyone know what size/shape pieces are needed?
