Some nice old classic cars out today.
I was the first local meeting today for classic and sports car enthusiast's of 2016. Weather looked a bit grubby at 8.30am and it was freezing. Cleared up a bit by 9.30am, so I got a car out,took a chance and went, not thinking much would turn up.
I guess folk had had enough of this never ending winter though and plenty had obviously been dusted off, a great turn out. All the usual Exotica, Ferrari's etc were there but it was a few immaculate "bread and butter" classics that stole the show today.
Tony, the 964 was owned by a lovely elderly gent who'd just finished a ground up rebuild, totally stunning. He bought it for 15k 5 years ago and has just had a valuation of 47k put on it.
