It looks about as dangerous as a motorbike (no side impact protection at all, and little or no protection from rolling). I'd want a full face helmet before driving or riding in one. Plus no protection from the elements.
Which begs the question - why not just get a motorbike, or something a little more practical like a Lotus or a Caterham.
