[FS] Meridian 596 CD/DVD player

This CD/DVD player is allegedly as good as the Meridian 508.24 and 588 for CD playback. Only for sale as I now have a streaming solution.

The drive has had only ~50 hours use since being replaced a few years ago by Meridian. It has been configured as multi-region (no electro-mechanical modification was needed). It is capable of up-sampling PCM to 24/96.

Supplied in original box with manual, pristine remote and Meridian comms cable.

Asking £450 inc. insured delivery to the UK or collect in North London (*).

(*) Meridian 500 CD transports go for £350-£400 on "that" auction site - this unit offers analogue replay and DVD video playback with PCM/DD/DTS audio.
