This has been a difficult decision for me but they don't fit with our new decor and really should go although although part of me wants to box them up and put them in the loft. They are currently in our attic room so the location for the photos wasn't ideal!
£275 plus shipping at cost.
The bad points:
- I don't have boxes for the stands but am prepared to pack them for shipping.
- They have the usual spike marks on the bases.
- There are a couple of small nibbles in the bottom corner of the front of one speaker caused by not positioning it carefully enough when placing it on the stand (see photos) - could be easily touched in.
- I don't have the grilles.
- They are heavy and shipping will cost a fair bit (3 boxes).
- They sound fabulous and have been used with Naim and Avondale amplifiers.
- The veneers are lovely and in excellent condition.
- The single crossover capacitors have been replaced with Clarity Caps.
- The original bungs are still in place.
- I have the original packaging for the speakers.
£275 plus shipping at cost.
I'm hoping for a U.K. sale as overseas shipping will be prohibitively expensive.
Payment by bank transfer or PayPal gift/personal payment (with no fees to me).
I'm planning to spend a few days with my daughter in Hastings over the Easter weekend driving from West Wales which may offer the chance of meeting up on route for delivery.
