He is a fantasist. Unfortunately he shares that trait with a very vocal minority, and even more unfortunately ends up being an apologist for anyone who is not the US.

After all, you have to pity poor Mr Putin, don't you? It's only fair that he should respond to such naked US aggression by annexing the Crimea and invading Ukraine.
