Cap replacement help + soldering lesson in SW London

Are there any fishies in and around SW London who might be generous enough to help me replace the caps on my JR149 speakers please?

Its only a few caps and apparently very easy to replace, but I am a complete novice to soldering and cap replacements.

If anyone in the neighbourhood has the inclination and time to help replace a set of caps and also show me how to do it, I would be immensely grateful with obvious alcoholic (or otherwise) compensation to express my gratitude

I've just ordered a set of replacement caps for the JR149 from Falcon and they should be with me latest early next week
