Seeking advice for Pre that would match a Roksan Power @ 23 K Ohms

Sorry I don't know about successfully impedance matching pres with powers - but my Roksan K2BT has an input impedance of 23 K Ohms according to the Roksan brochure - so with this figure in mind - is there a limited choice of pre-amps that would match successfully (other than Roksan of course)?

I was thinking either Croft Valve pre or a passive (if the latter is possible - I know that passives can sometimes rob the life out of a system if not correctly matched with the power). But I don't know the formula ... so I hope you can all help.
