Googling suggests it might be a logic board problem but a couple of local repair guys shuddered when they heard the words panasonic and plasma in the same sentence then said panasonic is a closed shop and can't help.
The local panny service bods talk in a strange language using phrases like "non-refundable call out charges" and "it's probably the panel" which I translate as "not interested."
Anyone got any useful light to shed on what might be achievable at reasonable cost?
