What kind of amp for these speakers

Hi there,

I picked up some old speakers from a junk shop a little while ago, and am wondering what kind of amp would be best to hook them up to. I think they are old PA speakers of some kind.. but am hoping to use them in my living room. Labelled JVC and Citronic, nom. impedance 6-8 Ohm, Power Rating 100W

Any thoughts appreciated!
