Want to Buy a New PC - Does This Seem Good Value?

Although I've upgraded one of my PCs to Linux, I need to upgrade the PC I use for recording. Because I am a Cubase user, it needs to be Windows and needs to have a fairly beefy processor and lots of memory to be able to sack off the hardware mixer I have.

The local IT recycling shop has a Dell workstation for sale with a Xeon Hex Core running at 3.06GHz, 8GB RAM and a 750 GB HDD (which I would relegate to a secondary drive to an SSHD system drive), Windows 7 (with free u/g to 10, obviously) and a 6 month warranty. Price is £265.

Does that seem to be a good price or should I be looking at an i5 based system at that price?
