You don't need to worry about the 'LPS' or 'WA' bits as they just refer to branding or abbreviations for construction detail, e.g. the Sovtek refers to 'long plate, spiral filament'. It is the only tube that uses this terminology. The key thing is you can use any 12AX7/ECC83 in the pair positions and any 12AU7/ECC82 in the single position. All ECC83s are 12.6/6.3v (series/parallel), the Sovtek just the same as any other. Here's the Wiki entry: http://ift.tt/1RWz68l

PS FWIW I'd rate the Sovtek LPS as the best current production 12AX7/ECC83 type I've heard and by some margin, i.e. you'll likely have to enter the world of NOS vintage tubes to beat it!

PPS My favourite ECC82 type tubes in my stash are 1960s black-plate RCA 5814As. These things just slay anything I've put them up against!
