Naim Olive NAP140 with MiniCap6 etc.

This Olive NAP140 has metal-cased power transistors rather than the plastic ones. Overall it is in excellent condition and has had the following upgrades:

• Original power supply module removed and replaced by a MiniCap6 module with six Kendeil 10,000uF 50v capacitors (as a result there's no 24v output for a preamplifier).
• SOA components removed.
• Input capacitors replaced like-for-like with Kemet tantalum beads.
• Feedback and bias integrating capacitors upgraded to 68uF with AVX tantalum beads.

I've been using this in a non-Naim system and I've noticed a low-level buzz for about 20 seconds after switch-on but this always disappears and the amplifier sounds great after that.

It will be supplied with a mains lead and Naim SNAIC as pictured. There's no handbook but this can be downloaded from the Internet. There's no original box but it will be very carefully packaged for shipment.

I've priced this to sell bearing in mind the above so please don't bother me with the usual low-ball offers!
