I'm 97.6% convinced that is a lash-up/DIY mod based mainly on 3009 parts. It is a mix of too many eras, e.g. Improved outrider and headshell, early 60s split-weight (I suspect from a 3009 as the front part doesn't look long enough for a 3012). Where the arm tube is from is anyone's guess, but I'm pretty certain it is not authentic/as it should be. If by any chance it is a real 3012 armtube fitted with a Improved fixed shell it will be a cm or so too short to align correctly!
